Privacy policy
Agent Chaos (agentchaos.org) is run by Douglas Siqueira, who is responsible for the personal data described here. This page explains, in plain language, what is collected and why.
What we collect
- When you subscribe: your email address and, if you choose to give it, your role. We also record the page where you subscribed, your language and campaign tags in the link (UTM), so we know which content is useful.
- When you browse: aggregated, cookieless visit statistics (Vercel Web Analytics). If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics also measures visits and interactions, such as using the calculator or sharing a result.
- The agent cost calculator runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you type are not sent to us. If you copy a link with your numbers, they travel inside that link only.
Why, and on what basis
Your email is used only to send what you asked for: The Board Questions and the monthly Executive Brief. The legal basis is your consent (LGPD art. 7, I; GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). Analytics cookies are used only after you accept them.
We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it
- Vercel Inc. — hosting and cookieless web analytics.
- Resend — sending email.
- Google LLC — Google Analytics, only with your consent.
These providers may process data outside your country, under their own safeguards for international transfers.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or withdraw consent at any time. Reply to any Agent Chaos email or write to Douglas Siqueira on LinkedIn (linkedin.com/in/douglas-siqueira). You can also change your cookie choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.
